What sets me apart is how I show up. I’m direct but supportive, strategic but practical, and deeply invested in the people behind the business, not just the numbers. I believe strong companies are built through trust, transparency, and teams that actually enjoy working together, so I’m definitely one to crack a joke and check in with people at a personal level when I can tell they need me to.

Outside of work, I like to spend time with my husband Jared, our son and do lots of baking and cooking. When I’m not working on food, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors, kayaking, reading, tinkering with our garden systems (yes, systems come up even for fun), or hanging out with my chickens… because leadership lessons show up in unexpected places.
