I love founders. They have a rare ability to bring something into existence that once lived only as a “what if.” Too often, though, the very thing they create turns on them, and they end up trapped inside the business they built.

I know that feeling firsthand. Helping founders work their way out of it has become a calling for me. Not by offering advice on a weekly call, but by working alongside them to build better systems, develop stronger leaders, and create the clarity needed to keep them operating in their true sweet spot of genius.

At its core, business is people executing systems. I’ve worked with companies ranging from fewer than ten employees to complex organizations approaching $100M in revenue, and while the scale changes, the principles remain the same. A great Integrator leads to a healthy leadership team. A healthy leadership team builds an exceptional company. Exceptional companies can change lives.

Outside of work, I spend time with my wife, Tara, and our five kids, read constantly, train hard, and remain unreasonably loyal to the Memphis Grizzlies.
